I would be afraid to do a c&j with a KB... I'm not the most coordinated person and would probably hit myself in the head at least once!
It's not hard to get with a little practice. Just think of all the fun you can have talking about your "rack" position.
LOL... it would go really well with talking about my snatch I'm sure... :P
